The 5 pm NHC update still has Erika impacting Satellite Beach
Monday and into Tuesday of next week. There is uncertainty as the Storm has
wind shear conditions to overcome tonight and tomorrow, after that it is expected to
become a hurricane.
Satellite Beach has completed all pre-storm preparations and
the Incident Management Team for the city is in a Steady State.
